  • Jennifer Garcia is a doctoral student pursuing her EdD in Educational Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary, where her research focuses on thriving, persistence, and well-being among graduate theological students. She also holds a Master of Theology with an emphasis in Old Testament and Bible Backgrounds and brings a rich interdisciplinary background in education, student development, and ministry.Jennifer currently serves as the Director of International Student Development at Dallas Theological Seminary, where she supports student success through cross‑cultural programming, wellness initiatives, and strategic collaboration across the institution. With experience as an educator, researcher, and student advocate, Jennifer is passionate about helping students flourish academically, socially, spiritually, and personally, especially those navigating cross‑cultural transitions. She has been married to Bernie, her best friend, for 26 years and loves spending time with her four grown children, ages 18-24.
