About

FullSpectrum is a network with over 20 years’ experience working with the growing international population in the United States and Canada. Our network is composed of a multiethnic, intercultural, cross-generational demographic of Christians with various backgrounds. Through intercultural unity as the body of Christ, we creatively collaborate in sharing tools and resources with others in ministry, business, education, and government.

Mission and church leaders meeting in 1999 in Chicago and Atlanta affirmed the need for the North American churches to be prepared to expand their ministries to the many new immigrants coming into the USA and Canada. Those meetings gave birth to the Ethnic America Network – EAN.

A few years ago, we saw that to clarify what we hope to do and to bring new younger and more ethnically diverse leaders into the network we needed to rebrand the project. We explored, interviewed, beta tested, and finally settled on a new brand launched in 2022 : FullSpectrum.

Mission

To glorify God by encouraging and equipping different groups and individuals in community across the diverse spectrum of humankind, enhancing adaptability and collaboration for the advancement of the gospel and connectivity in intercultural unity in Jesus Christ.

Vision

To see the entire Body of Christ uniting together to glorify God through its diversity while pursuing intercultural engagement through the Gospel in North America and across the globe.
